Wow, lots of weird info there.
You do have to be L65 and Rank 6 though. Once you're both of these, you need to Zone into Xacarabad for a cut scene, and then you're able to go on Dynamis runs.
You'll need to get in touch with the LSs on your server that organise the runs though. They may not |
