This isn't worth 5k. I doubt this would be sold for 1k. I think i ended up selling the one i had for 800 or so pp and that took me awhile...there are just better robes cheaper like Blackened Crystaline Robe or Crystline Robes that aren't that hard to get.

My cleric has this item, and a black alloy medallion (or whatever the item is that has mana preservation II). Will the mana preservation III effect of the shroud stack with the mana preservation II of the medallion?

I bet you killed boomba the big. never kill boomba the big. its very tempting. i did it and am dubious with merchants, buy craploads of orc pawn picks and take them to some guy named hallard in efp and hand them in 4 at a time. It makes it worse if you're kos there. |

Ranger POA Cloak (55%), Chanter Epic Haste (60%), Warsong of the Vah Shir (25%) = 140%= highest in game..
BTW.. as you probably know..haste doesn't drop your delay..it increases attacks / second, which is the same as decreasing delay, but more useful to know when figuring haste. |

It used to be droppable. It's only been no drop for a few months a friend of mine gave his to an alt then couldnt get it back to main because they made it no drop |
