This sword was upgraded a bit ago to 21/19, I believe. There just isn't an SS for the new ratio.

Actually, you're wrong.
There is no minimum delay for weapons. Parse a Ranger with a Revultant Whip (14 dly) at max hast cap (100%) and you'll see him attacking more than once per second. It only appears that the min delay is 1 second because the EQ logger only logs things once every second.

You've obviously never played a bard.
Bard self haste songs (like Johnathan's Whistling Warsong) stack with item haste and chanter/shammy haste.
Monk epic is the same. |

Yes you can still hit for 1,but only when you hit with your secondary weapon.
Because damage bonus is only added to primary hits, and you will never hit for 1 anymore once you reach lvl 28, and get a dge bonus of 1.

Not much benefit??? Well since you're a ranger, you probably wouldn't.... but as a cleric this helps immensely, as we constantly are casting heal spells, buffs, etc etc. ONLY 10% conservation of mana??? Since at lvl 60 my mana pool is about 3500, that would save me 350 mana if I were to cast |

I disagree with the post that said you need a enchie for this camp. If your under lvl 55 then you probably might need one and especially if you don't know the area like the back of your hand. Why? Cause I know a 60 monk who takes the camp easily with a 55+ cleric friend of mine every once in awhile. |

Ok what could one realy expect to get for one of these robes on the Rathe????? My wife got one as a donation for doing a rez.....Im having a hard time believing that a robe with no INT stats could fetch 5000k.........
