Greetings,
You'll find that for some of the higher level recipes, the amount of ingredients exceeds what you can put in a spit. Using an oven also saves having to lug the spit around with you!

Str is only damage ATK, it doesn't help to land a blow.
And Inny's curse if i'm not mistaken has another clear advantage over this, you can bash wielding it, and this without the AA skill.
I'm not even mentioning the fact that it is procing like mad.

Just for clarification on the chant rocks ...
Chant rocks are dropped by Stonechanters in Nurga, not Rockchanters as some have reported.
The 3 types are blue (id's as bedrock), green (id's as shale) and tan (id's as slate). The tan colored one is what we need, and is a RARE drop. Got mine ju |

No, but since all int casters seem to like to solo a bit for level grinding, or AA points, 50 ac would be nice if you had to step in and take a few shots to finish off a mob before the pet dies, or get caught up to or stunned while kiting, for wizzy. |

I just got eyepatch for my Paladin and no, they do not stack. Valor of Marr will overwrite Captain Nalot's Quickening, and of course if Valor is up and you try to click eyepatch, it will give a "Your spell did not take hold" message... |

In an unusual spout of generosity, it seems Verant has given back something for the stats tehy took away. The mask I earned a couple days ago now has a focus effect: Spell Haste II. That frees up my summoned ring for spell haste. I think that a usable focus effect was a fair trade for the nerfing. |

Accorging to SOE, the decision to make the tinkered guaze press have charges was made because "anything that summoned unlimited bandages, except the procing knife, had long since been removed from the game" So, I am guessing that this no longer drops :( |

Good way to screw up a nice item if you ask me. Unless those mana batteries are cheap as hell and drop fast (which I highly doubt) the usefulness of this item has dropped significantly, and the price probably will have to also. |

Just an FYI, this is recharged with a class 1 mana battery, the class 6 is needed in making it only. After patch today (10/31) it's broken, no bandages appear when you cast and you get a you are trying to cast an unknown spell or some to that effect. |
