	Apparently not. If you click the link on the effect, it says 6: Restriction: Minimum Tick Duration: 8 The description of Celestial on Allakhazaam's spell list says it goes for 4 ticks.

	Can't be MQ'd, as all the parts are No Drop and only one item is turned in at a time. Shouldn't need to MQ it though, if you can find someone to give you a Camo or Invis near Droga (it's just southwest of OT zone), running through droga is relatively easy. 	My necro heals group members all the time. If this increases the amount I can heal them, without increasign the HP it takes from me, then it's very useful. Also, as pointed out before, We have pet heal spells.

	Yeah, any little bit of improved healing is right nice. This item is rather good for healers, considering the extra HP it offers as well.

	This has to be one of the best necromancer earrings to date. +10 int= great since int cap is raise post 60 +10 sta and +90 hp= amazing on an earring, and for nec, hp=mana +60 mana= insane on an earring Plus it has 15 sv disease which is one of the harder svs to raise. And to top it all off

	100% agree all "uber" guilds that I know of have some sort of raid system in place where players collect points by attending raids, events etc. So basically whoever has enough raid points to spend on this will get it.

	Uh... This item drops during a quest that only runs every 30 minutes and that you need to do in order to get to the Planes of Storms & Valor. People are farming the quests to advance to the next Planes, not for stuff like this.

	This mask is awsome both my wizard and SK have this thing now with my wizard my normal casting time of lesser evac was 10/5 secs its now 8.0 and for my sk my fear spell used to take 4or 5 secs i think, now takes 2 secs to cast i highly recomend any and all casters under 44 to get this mask ASAP
