	Where can a human cleric of Innoruuk buy spells in Freeport? The merchants underground dont sell them, and I obviously cant buy them at the temple of Marr/Truth.

	thi says triggered in the discription but as you can see in the picture it shows (worn) which means permenant anyways not a bad item . has hp sta dex resists and 41 percent haste

	yes Fear can be AEd and so can hate.. i havent dont fear yet i did do hate .. for fear you need 3 chanters cleric two wiz.. no puller.. cause the mobs agro you when you enter zone anyway.. chanters need to be 59 plus stuns get resisted quite a bit ... least did in hate.. we tried once with a 57 cha

	heh tough to kite anything if u cant get spell off.. at lvl 9 u lvl so fast.. kiting pointless.. just lvl up.. by lvl 15 u can goto pauldal caves n be 25 in hours.. then get to 29 in echo caves n when u get there u get ur bonds of force to start kiting.. if ur twinked.. were talkin like 7 hours to
