Well, yeah - but it has _10 sv Cold and Fire_. I can see these things being taken on Naggy/Vox raids, even if the focus effect isn't spectacular.
It would be nice if some of these quests had rewards that were beneficial to melee types - but ALL/ALL usually means caster or monk anyway. |

Look, I said I do not know many people who have their FT maxxed. Does it happen? Sure to guilds that have members that are all 60 and all in the same time zone and play a lot. And take a gander at my magelo profile. MOST (I think 15 peices) of my gear comes from quests/tradeskill related things. |

Notice I was talking in general terms. It's groovy that you have quested stuff, but the majority of people have dropped loot for their gear (and even if it's a quest, it almost always requires kiling a mob to get the quest drop). I was just stressing that always questing isn't really the main point |

For the player-combined parts of the quest, I believe it's trivial above 250. The actual combine for the armor is not skill-based, just one or two pieces you need to combine for final item (similar to Earring of Solstice quest). |

Kind of disapointed in this one. So far I noticed that (on the whole) the tranquility armors blow away Sky Shrine quest armor and the like (look at the warrior BP for an example. This is better then the enchanter Skyshrin robe I guess, but even looking at how much of an upgrade it is over the Robe |

The same amount you get from a storebought hand drum, which is to say none (except for the base bonus you get for using any percussion instrument for a percussion song, rather than just singing it).
Edit: No longer true, apparently. This actually gives a larger bonus to percussion than MM battle |
