No, actually I would much rather have no proc than heat blood. It "proccing constantly" would just mean your death. People need to realize DoT procs taunt like no other, ruin mez if you switch targets, and generally just plain suck.

Have seen 2 drop in Seb and neither came off a dar knight. First was off an Ilis Wizard, second was off a Krup Knight. Not common by any means, but have gotten 2 to drop on last 3 trips to Seb. |

You can farm tons of these Superb and Flawless hides in Scarlet Desert. The loot table is amazing. Fill a bag in a just a few hours..it's crazy.. but bring some help, sun reavers will aggro, as well as lightcrawlers.
Most mobs in zone are dark blue to me at 52... |

MY Guild was rading SG (Sirens Grotto) and we were clearing room where elemental pops. Of a Siren dropped a Platinum Dragonscale. Image was a BP, it was lore, no drop and magical. Impressive. After reading the quest, it seems like verant is making it so, that trade skills will continue to be intrical in getting good gear, as opposed to it being primarily off loots.
Such a shame tho, cause im at lvl 52, and retiring from EQ. These would have been pretty sweet to have. |

Well, there's Oggok and Grobb and Calabis, but I assume you are a Barbarian and can't go there. There are also ones in Shadowhaven and Shar Val.
There may be on in Fiorina Vie and Plane of Knowledge too, but not sure, haven't checked. |

Hmmm Great HP on it, but no STA. It's an okay ring. If you can fight where it drops, chances are you can get better anyways. Not saying I would turn this away right now, but it's not something I will pray for each day and try to farm hehe.

Wizard first... mod rod 2 was removed, enchanter mana is generally not do or die for a raid, necros rarely go oom, mages don't have a de-aggro spell so they can't nuke like mad like a wizzie, wizards are the choice for this robe because they have the most mana efficient nukes of the bunch, and spell |
