yea theres lots of classes that could use this but i think the biggest waste of this item would be if it went to a warrior unless that warriors going to like ToV then the saves would be awesome the 100hp would be another plus for a warrior but theres better things out there for a warrior but yea giv |

Aye, there are trainers in FV on the docks and in PoK in a building near the Freeport and Firiona Vie Stones.
There is also one in Katta in the same huge building where Rallic is. (and where the Shield of Bane Warding quest starts) |
