As a rogue I'd say this item is just ok. Just for the resists and the hp, but in the end game ac isnt too important so why bother getting this. If you're lvl 43 your dex is probably high enough that an additional 9 points isnt going to make much difference. It would definately be a much better bp |

Apart from a couple of high-level bard songs, Valor of Marr doesn't stack with any other form of spell haste I have been subjected to. This includes Captain Nalot's Quickening, I'm sorry to say. |

Maybe rogues could use this as tradeskill stat gear, but why would a ranger? WIS/INT-based tradeskills make their check based on the higher stat, WIS or INT. Doesn't matter which is higher, just how high that number is. As a WIS-based hybrid, a Ranger would have a higher wisdom than intelligence |

I just finished a search of vision items for my human ranger. Poo on this thing. It's a great item, but so rare I may as well just call it a day and PL a ranger race that already HAS vision. :P If I could get one for 10k I would, but this is insanely rare and no one will sell it. |

Every piece in this set has a fairly nice ac, but int, why would any ranger or shammy really want this. The dex isn't even all that great on all of it, so it sorta kills it for rogues. How sad, all that programmers work such a waste. |
