	Well, the no wisdom factor is moot, due to the fact that there is 85 mana on it. after 200, you get 6 mana per Wis point. 85/6 = 14.16r so assume this hammer has 14 wisdom on it. And that mana is wasted on your warrior. Im a 55 enchanter, so im kinda stupid when it comes to items like this,

	stamina is still affected, i have had about 205 stamina since about lvl 28, and have been using a centi short sword (about 5 weight) with a lammy in primary. stamina still seemed to drop to zero after about 2 minutes of solid fighting. it wasn't until about 34 that i could afford my duel lammy's whe

	Hide/Sneak - I think we do OK on this, we are not as good as some classes indoors, but then a rogue should be better IMHO and outdoors we get the camoflage spells which are better than sneak/hide as you can move at fll speed. Safe Fall - Yeah you have a point here, outdoor safefall makes compleat

	These would come in handy. AC is descent. Best part is the Agi and Dex. Sta , Str, HP are easy to raise for warriors but not the Agi and dex. Or not at the same time. I would take these over Cobalt any day

	Uber for all classes. Proc wont create aggro .. I use a baton of flame ans seldom jolt. Rangers get 5 mana per wis past 50 assuming they have 200 wis .. which they wont .. so this is equal to 8.5 wisdom ... either way uber weapon. Perfect for rangers

	The more you swing the more the damage bonus is applied so you will find this will out damage slower weapons.

	Seems to be best for the specific races of tanks with low starting strength like DarkElvs and Humans and such. Then throw in a procing weapon and you have some armor that might be of use. I'd use it on my Pally. Ravenia 53 Pally of Mith Marr Erolisi

	Well... if you look at the actual stats of the effect, it's not a true "Succor" or "Egress". It's only tping you a short distance. Sorta like an extended Shadow Step.
