	actually you don't have to be 60 to talk to him, you have to be flagged for third tier planes like HoH and BoT where the patterns drop. thats for the lowest armor, higher armor requires higher flagging of course. edit: can't actually USE it til various lvl's though. tunic was listed at 56 and leg

	There probably isn't a damage bonus shown because ( possibly ) the person holding it for the SS isn't a pally or Shadow Knight.

	Im not sure if I am right but the aggro proc says triggered not random...So if you dont have to rely on a proc and just push the icon for aggro this would make it a very viable aggro holder IMO...i could be totally wrong though

	I just completed the quest and I love it for my cleric. Superior Heal is lvl 34 for me so its great when I dont need complete heal (anyone with less than 7K Hp) I can usually heal 2 1/2 bubs on most of my tanks now, its a great mana saver, I recomend it to all Clerics over +wis items
