Actualy necromancers use magic based nukes alot. All of thier DD Life taps are magic based. With touch of Mujaki it would help them a bit to hit for over 1K on a 3 second cast life tap.
Necros before PoP always had to use life taps for DD's, now they can use life taps or Neurotoxin (posion based) |
