I ve see that the effect reduce the casting time of spirit of wolf and scale of wolf. I can see the reduction by clicking right button on spell : There is the normal casting time and my casting time.

Just my 2 cents worth:
The Benefit of Mana III is that it affects higher lvl spells.
Mana II affects spells lvl 44 and below.
All the benefits are 10%
Just the spells it adds a benefit to increases.

Personally speaking as a person who summons a pet almost every time I play, I would never use this thing or any other summoning efficency item. Get real a 25% reduction for a spell I cast at most twice a night... and thats if I am having a bad night. Ok so at my level that adds up to about 200 man |

Yeah, its worthless for the level you can get it. Basically, for all DoT-type spells under lvl 40 it improves somethin about them, either duration, or mana cost, or cast time....something of that type. But the fact is...you can attain them at 50, but only use them for spells under lvl 40. Useless. T |

I just paid 4K for one on Erollisi Marr This morning. Bought it from a 60 Shaman in Commons. And it is 10% also, not 30% as the price gouger stated earlier. Believe me if you see one selling for anymore that 5K, just wait around. You'll get one cheaper.

Small Chunks of Velium is foraged, not dropped by any mob.
Have a look at the merchants in Thurg. I've foraged a lot of those and have sold all of them. If no luck by the merchants, ask a Ranger or Druid for some.

I bet this has already been asked but I feel lazy dont wanna read...
I have never been on a Trak raid but I have read up a bit and saw he drops the Kunark class specific BPs. I just want to know what are the chances that he drops the Pally BP? Are the BPs rare drop or do they always drop? |
