end of it passed Clothspinner. Beware thought there is a highwayman before u get to him.

up. When hailed he tells the story of Suteng, a mighty ogre warrior and how Rallos Zek tested

Red and Gree scales, red could be from Naggie, but the green would be frmo the dragon in EJ most likely. Vox is a white dragon scale, not red. |

I believe you are talking about Tsaria Jnarus, who has been there for quite some time. For those that haven't realized it, High Keep has a rotten core. There is a DE torturer in the Jail area, and the High Elf prisoner in the Jails is really a DE in disguise. |

So this means only good races or evils that have spent the dozens of hours nescecarry to get good faction with FP guards can do this quest? why am I not suprised :)
Anyway as a 39th(maybe 40th by the time you responds) troll warrior of Rallos Zek how would I go about getting to this guy?

Anyone ever consider since u cant find the guy who u r supposed to give the note, u just have to do whats on the note yourself?
I havnt been online since patch so i might be missing info, just what i think after reading the other peoples posts. |

The full conversation with Telin can be found in the druid's section for their quest item. Apprently you get to travel to Greater Faydark and the likes, but it is rather helpful.

I am not so convinced that the Quest is broken but maybe someone received the note prior to you and they turned it in. This may have despawned the person. Such as the gnome in North Karnas
for the boots there. Also this happens in part of the druids new quest. I would keep looking if I were you. |

There is supposed to be a green dragon in the Emerald Jungle, although I have never verified this personally. Skyfire also should have a red dragon. Both the Skyfire dragon and Naggy drop red dragon scales (Just like Gorenaire and Vox drop white ones). As it is, anyone in the game can get a red |

Faydedar in Timorous drops red scales, as does Talendor in Skyfire. The green scale will be from Severilous in Emerald Jungle. |
