I think you may be right the high priestess refers to both Karana and Tunare. I have a feeling the weapon is for both and there may be different weapons for followers of Karana and Tunare.

I hate to say it, but I have outrun the HLs many times with SoW and I am lvl 16 warrior. But you are right, beetles will agro if you are fighting one of their own so F9 till you get overhead view before self so you can see what is going on around you.

After considering the many posts that have been made I personally decided our quest does not begin in BW with Telin. There is not reason for Verant to overlay the quests either. There is no indication that the cleric/paladin or necro/Sk quests overlap so why should druid/ranger? I really don't know |

The named Hill Giant is called Tarbul Earthstrider. I was part of a group that took him down recently. He was VERY tough, we estimated he had around 10,000 hit points, and conned blue to a 53 Shaman.
Though as far as we were aware, his drop (Rain of Karana) was for the Magician Epic quest. :)
