GREAT weapon for a new rogue. With this thing, STR of 120, and a backstab skill of 25, I was backstabbing for 45 at level 10!
It also has a decent damage/delay ratio, to boot. Best weapon under a thousand plat for a rogue, IMHO. |

I zoned into HHP heading to NK from EC get attacked by a named orc, dispatch it, and boom theres a pack there, never heard of it before but noticed weight went down when put a weapon in it. Overall nice item BTW what does Pending lore mean? |

Ah yes, good old Ogres. So you want to harmony them? Wolf form! They arn't KoS to wolf form so if you use wolf form to get closer, and then harmony them, and then pull them you should be safe. |

Effect is a fast-casting (but not instantaneous, thus it can be interrupted) blind spell. WONDERFUL in duels, and practical for every day use because if you blind the mob before it comes within melee range, this spell doubles as a fear. Very nice. |

it is a lvl 39 shaman spell not 44. Also it doesnt matter if it gets in melee range or not...if the monster closes with you cast as usual and when it sticks just take a few steps backwards out of range and it will run off. This looks like the claw weapons. Very cool to see a necromancer walking about with claws sprouting from his (or her!) left hand. A friend of mine has one -- I'll ask him where/how it drops.

It's not that fast of a cast, more like 5 or 6 seconds, and it's resistable.
Most it has lasted for me is maybe 10 or 15 seconds. |

Some people make a point not to play in this zone as a protest against Verant. A lot of folks really hate the terrible frame rate they get due to all the moving trees and refuse to set foot in the zone until Verant stops animation on the trees...
Oh well...

This is dropped by braham. I remember a long time back when I was hunting here and I saw braham up while I was waiting for evil eye to spawn. killed him (didn't know what the heck a named mino was doing in zone) and voila the talisman. Sold it for 200pp but I think I could have received more for it. |
