No, AC/CHA/DEX is a bard's dream. What do bards need WIS for?
AC/CHA/WIS is a Shaman's and high-level Cleric's dream. Shaman debuffs are affected by CHA. Also, Cleric spells such as Death Pact, Atone, Fear, and Lull (rarely used, but useful if you have high CHA) are highly dependent on CHA.

I believe you have to buy the velious expansion for it to proc, since the spell, velium shard is included with the new expansion. I have one with my druid, and he is 10th and no proc, but I dnt have the expansion yet. When I buy it I will repost to tell you if it procs

Why in the(BLEEP) can't druids use this? How stupid. They can use the CHA+ as well for charming animals. Plus the both the AC/WIS+ would be great for them. Again the Treehugger gets shaft. Stupid just plain STUPID!!
