	I procured one of these beautiful things, and sold it for a good and valid 70pp. The guy who I sold it to later told me it Proc'd for him and he was lvl 30.

	This is my Mage's Weapon of choice. It was given to Kal at lvl 4 by a guild member. It still at lvl 12 does wonderful damage, and the HP and Mana boost is very nice. For anyone thinking of buying this for your character, do it!

	Im from germany first to read and understand is difficult for me, second i cant find out alls i was in ERUDIN and QEYNOS but MODORO FINHARN refused me and in ERUDIN his SISTER dont want to talk with me. If they ask something i cant find correkt antwort.

	Because your post makes no sense. There is no need for a nerf, because you did not take into effect that: A level 1 is not going to "own" a level 60 because on all the PvP servers there is a level restriction. On RZ it is a 4 level range and on the teams PvP servers there is a 8 level range.

	I believe that Verant chose not to give the velious helms graphics because of the huge feedback on the ugliness of the current helm models in the game. 	AC +12 is super and while the +10mana isn't great, the weight is fantastic! I have a HIE cleric and weight is always a major issue so where do I get one!

	I do not think that there is a set spot, the times I have seen them have been East of the lake and between the Druid ring and the desert, an area which is still much of the zone. If you are tracking I'd say wait by the inn or between it and the wizzie spires. Trouble is this is a hang out for high
