Same place. Just go invis past the guards and uninvis when you talk to the npcs inside freeport. They won't attack you. |

what is the drop rate on this? my friend and I camped Najena for a good 15 hours to get this, but she never dropped anything other than the flowing black robe and the key to her room. the spawn is apparently random, so sometimes we had to wait an hour for each pop, sometimes she popped every 15 mi |

Iksar Scaled Gloves are another choice
ac 10 Str/Dex +3 hp +15
those are pretty good fo rogues since we need more str/dex and hp gear. only reason i wear these is because they look better than the iksar scaled. |

in case anyone is confused, you target a person, and right click the pants, it casts Clarity. Clarity 1, the level 29 spell. it is about a 20 second cast time .. good for thoes n00b beggers in gfay, and right after you get rezed, and have 0 mana. but otherwise .. kinda useless .. i wouldn't mind a 2 |

Yeeeeah right. I was in CC for 4 hours last night, and we killed the oracle probably 10-12 times, and the cloak dropped on the last one. I have seen others say that they've killed 3 or 4 times that many, and have never even seen a cloak. Not trying? You're either lucky, or you have a sensor in y |

Are you sure about that? I am Level 29 Ranger and I am hitting for 44pts criticals with class one (1) arrows and my Trueshot.
At level 50 I would expect to be doing alot more.
This bow is nice and I will defiantly be seeking it out.

Not that it matters but are these boot green? I have a full suit of Ivy Etched Armor less the boots and it would be cool if they went with the set. But I would not care if they were HOT PINK with those stats. Like I said just wondering. :) |

Close, but no cigar. The Lizardscale mantle is the common and the RS Bracer is the rare (like you wrote). |
