Right now i have over 30 hides, enough cash for the temper and most of my velium studs, all i need is drake oil and i already have people sayin they will pay 3-4k each (about 10 so far) so its not exactly hard to sell for that much, and i sure as hell wouldnt sell for less |

I agree, it's always nice to be able to grab a bit more ac. Comes in handy when that mob decides to turn on you, lets you take a few hits while the tank (hopefully) taunts it off you. :) |

I looted a few of these in Warslik's Woods off forest giants and just wound up selling them to merchants. The stats are not that good, a fine steel 2 hander is actually better. ( Minus the magical stat of course) Anyone who pays the auction price listed above is a sucker. |

It's made of thin enough material (I'm guessing) that it doesn't show up. Personally, I like it a lot better than my old Fine Plate helm. :) |

I do believe that these are right click, not a proc. Also the reason you would use it, NO mana cost....also allows you to mem a different spell and have more options. |

Easy, they put the thing in their shoulder slot. Verant never claimed it was a GOOD idea for a monk to wear these. Just that they can.

The ancient coins have nothing to do with this guy, those coins are part of a quest that starts in the bank in Firiona Vie, and the reward is Nostrolo's Tambourine. Look it up :) |

Velious trivials ar not known yet, there is a 75% fail rate on the velious taliored items with a skill of 115 but it is the only known way to raise skill.

well boys and girls it goes to show that VI doesnt like monks still. Just compare the stats on this to the rogue armor and weep. forget the ac because we get a nice ac bonus but just look at the stats... <sigh>

This puppy is worth 6k plats. I traded my GEB's for this, a stormwood battle staff and 5k. I got a deal =-)
oh, btw i got a crit of 67 with this in my offhand, i use a lammy in my main. my FBSS speeds em both up alot.

It IS a proc, but the AC and Atk debuff does not stack, the DD will keep going but the AC and ATK are not debuffed again |

Matchless Dragonhide Armor drops randomly from all the various dragons that inhabit the Western Wastes. These dragons all drop worked, reinforced, heavy, peerless, and matchless armor. Matchless is the best of those. Depending on the level of the dragon, it will drop more often than the others. |

I picked this up for 1500pp yesterday on Morell Thule. I originally purchased it for an investment as I have a Mithral 2H Sword that is better dam and delay but that 15AC is HUGE on a weapon. 20dmg 38dly is pretty good as well so I think I might hold onto it unless the right price comes along. EQ |

Haze panthers are invisible level 45 mobs also in WL, they drop pelt, semi rare I think.
Velium boning are made like regular bonings, but using velium ore and temper. Velium ore drops a various dungeons in vel. |

not too many shields in the game are as easy to get as this one and it has killer graphics. if you hunt in FoB, the +10 Sv Poison really kicks in, as Heart sting scorpions as well as bonebinders can and will sting you / poison you, it is like a DoT and will affect you, this shield helps a lot.
