Could high level magicians use this effect to fear kite if they Expediance or Velocity (SoW) their pet or would the mob aggro as soon as he gets hit by it? Please answer, it's very important. :) |

Yes, a lot of the parts of the quest simply require running around, or a lot of cash to buy some of the items. This can be done even if your lower lvl. In order to complete this quest, you will have to be at least over 46, because you need to go to the planes (under 46 cannot), and loot some no drop |

A Ranger friend of mine got one from another friend when she was L22. Proced immediately, so proc level is 22 or lower. |

Depending on the dragon, as many as 2-3 pieces may drop in one kill. Most of these dragons are above 60. Matchless does not, in my experience, drop from any of the <63 dragons. The chance of obtaining a full suit of Matchless is so very slim.=( But if you achieve it, tell us about it!:) |

has anyone even put this on a low level to see if they can use it? many effects like this have a minimum level, and it seems to be similar to the level you'd need to be able to use the effect (like solist's icy wand / elder spiritist vambs, etc) so, it this is around a 30-40 lvl spell I'd expect yo |

First off compare stats to shiverback tunic
11ac 13str 9dex 9agil. so stats are about the same just sta instead of dex. they couldnt make the tunic better than shiverback cuase then everyone would bitch about that. yeah sure it does weight alittle. but these peices are only meant to be worn as sing |

I found it in Iceclad right by the igloos by the dock. After about the 10th or 12th cougar a friend and I put down this bad boy dropped.

I am a 30 lvl Ranger and I soloing these guys np.
Just snare (bow kite) then panic animal and beat em then till they drop. Presto one dead cougar :) |

I see how to make each piece by looking at eqtraders, but what I dont know is how to obtain each item needed to make each piece. the tigerapter hide is obvious, kill tigeraptors, but, is there a high low or medium quality needed? also how do I get the velium studs, the patterns and the drake egg |

I use two of these as well. They ROCK! I am thinking I might replacing them with the Cougar Claw Earings but these these are doing juuuust fine :)
With 2 Orc Fang Earings:
= +6 to my AC +6 to my STR and 30hp hehe I am a happy guy |
