	I'm apprehensive to the DE's and the ones in NK are dubious. How can I get my faction up so that I can do the quest. Sneak/hide doesn't work, and I don't know what else to do.

	Ummm, Have you ever done a dragon raid? This has +20 to cold AND fire so it's good for both naggy and vox. What can you get that's better? Most of the other items are only +10 and it's for fire or cold not both. To my knowledge there isn't a better head item for dragon raids out there.

	Yes, and you can also not have the extra +12dex +12agi from wearing two of these rings. blah. It's also not as expensive as rasing your jewlery making skill high enough to do this, buying the components, and reaching a level to enchant the platinum bar /bonk

	it procs very often.. it's not meant to be a primary weapon.. you can obviously take it off and put it away. it makes for alot of convenience for true high level meleers. i now have to go to town from sebilis far less (long walk if no druid/wizard friends are on). just stab a few rounds with this

	I just finished this quest and gated back to near Qeynos...just for that kill was not enough faction hit to change my faction with the corrupt guards. I conned them before I entered the city and they were still apprehensive to me...no change from before.

	Dont know if this has been stated, but at 39 only a few were blue to me. So those were the ones I killed, and they droped the earrings WAY more often then before at 38 when they were all blue. Still uncommon, but far from rare, and that was the same way for 3 days of playing in the same area.

	This is an interim reward for the Rogue Epic quest...so far as i recall.... As are the other RS pieces that do not drop in cazic-thule.... I can confirm it definitely does not drop from any creature

	Actually it does drop from creatures. It is just that it is a triggered spawn, as part of the rogue epic quest. I am sure it is in SfM and I think the name of the mob is Remux. To get him to spawn you need a book from hate, and some note you get by pick pocketing (or killing) some rogue guild lea

	Well i for one appreciate stuff being handed down, so i return the kindness by giving items i get from raids and camping stuff to lower levels, its a nice feeling making someones day by giving them a item that helps that person alot.

	I guess you havent heard that our HP are being lowered ....and if by the time you could get these your other gear isnt tricked out by then and your int already maxed then i pitty you ... i have 203 int and running around in jboots ... these boots would be nice ... plus the saves are great!!! ...

	These things drop off of Crystal Spiders too. Or it might have been a Tar Goo. But you can find them off of other mobs. As to their being rare, I think the other guy is thinking of Giant Beards which are common in the city. The one I got todayis the first one I have seen.

	i have a print out of all the rings and wrist items from over a year ago b4 kunark was released(printed off this web site) and this ring is on the list it must have been lost in one of his upgrades of the site and someone just resubmitted it when they noticed it was missing

	I would like to note that while this is an EVIL clerics quest, good clerics can accomplish it. You just have to /wave goodbye to your Erudin faction when you kill all those tall-head guards to get your faction with the Heretics up high enough to do these quests. =D
