This cloak is actually quite rare-uncommon. I've been hunting in Crystal Caverns since lvl 29 and I'm near 38 now. You should get the No Drop one from live version.

I already have the choker, but I still want two of these. However, I don't think I'll ever be able to afford the price listed here. Fortunately I know a master jeweler that might make me one for a more reasonable price. |

Not barely better. 1 damage code makes a huge difference in taunt factor. This weapon is twice as good as a jade mace. Ask any high level warrior and they will say the same. |

you are very wrong. i use summoned arrows from my tolans bracer, and those are only 3 damage. i have gotten crits up to 144
this also takes into account the double-damage factor when still and not rooted... i have crit for over 100 when no double-damage was added.
AND....i use a wind saber... |

I agree wholeheartedly. At 40, my monk tried to buy one of these forever and no one would sell him one. Why? Because everyone wanted to keep theirs for the dragon raids. If a 50+ is unwilling to part with an item for the resists, then you know there isn't much better. |

Price is actually around 150pp.
That is what I sell them for on Prexus, and that seems to be a pretty average price, for most servers that I have seen as well.. 30pp, yeah right, the price is less than the gem.

A 50% markup on an item the has a low trivial seems right. Though many high level enchanters wont bother, I am sure you can find a midlevel jewel maker, who whould be happe to make 30 pp.

The gem costs me 62pp each (cha=60), and most folk with the money want gold or platinum versions of this ring. And all the jewelers with the skill to make the platinum , won't bother with the platinum, they are making only velium jewelry and even then it takes them a week to get the stuff you order |

Actually, he said 30pp PROFIT not price, and he's right. At level 51 and as a Grandmaster Jeweler I prefer to make Plat and Velium Fire Opal rings. However for lower level and / or lower skilled players, taking a ring that costs around 56pp to make and selling it for 90pp, yeilds a little over 30p |
