	OMG you people have shallow opinions. Yes, sometimes items are more rare than others - i've hunted in LoIO for about 2 weeks now, and i've seen these drop 3 in one day - and not at all for a few days. Items drop randomly. 	Just don't take on the guy and his pet on the hill up from Elial. My lvl 39 wizard friend still see's him as red only after I begged for revenge when he destroyed me and six commrads hoping to be kill happy. The highest lvl in our group at the time was lvl 9, but all of us died with one hit.

	I've seen 2 of these auctioned in EC trading tunnel from 20k to 40k(lol). Personally if you have this kind of money then you should buy a piece of high end armor to increase your ac or something more important. Although the stats are nice for casters and hybrids. But this is just my opinion.

	He had blinded two of three of us at one point. We continued to attack until he was killed.

	we went through with a group of 5 level range 35 to 44... we died miserable deaths, and were bound in OT ...talk about ouch, well with a determined nekkid warrior and a fearless shami, we managed to retrieve all the corpses and found a very nice cleric to rez me (the cleric) and recovered the group

	Bears are associated some how with Druids. Dont think you can become KoS by killing bear, however if you are fighting a bear next to the Druids the Druids will /assit the bear and kick your butt. Same thing with fighting Wolves or Lions near a druid in any zone.

	There is another factor you forgot about... and that is weight. CGS weights a whopping 8 stones, whereas Testament weighs only 2 stones. I have a Testament on my Druid and my Cleric carries the shield.

	This quest is a good side trek. If you happen to pick up the stuff along the way, go turn it in, otherwise dont go out of your way to find the quest items. There are lots of better quest around Cabilis.

	Minimum on any stat is 1, take all your money and convert it to copper at the bank sometime, you'll see what I mean. I thought that once your cha hits 1 you are KoS to everyone, as you count as having lowest possible faction (and therefore you can't loose anymore). But I'm not really sure.

	This weapon will NOT proc until Level 25. It will NOT matter if you have full mana or not.. that has nothing to do with the mechanics of proc'ing a weapon. Again, you do NOT need Velious to have this weapon or to have it proc.
