At level 17, I lose 17 AC points when I de-equip my CGS. Each armor item you have gains more AC as you level.
At level 60, your CGS would actually be AC 60. Go ahead remove the shield and see how much your AC drops. :) |

This is a VERY rare drop from Shardtooth, an already rare spawn. Just try to camp it yourself. I've been in GD for several weeks and have seen Shardtooth all of once. He was kind enough to give his all for me (and his Eye hehehe).

It's painfully clear when you see someone who hasn't played the high level game sometimes...
What if your priest class character already has over 200 WIS? Or perhaps wants to go on a raid,
where resists in the 100 to 200 range are not only expected but darn near required?

This isn't fake. I saw one in DL today, on the Tuanre Server. And VI would certainly use the same look for two items. To do otherwise would be making more models than they need to, which means more lag. |

One other thing about using this staff (or any staff with a dam proc for that matter) is that even if you miss sometimes the proc will go off anyways and damage your target. Anyway you look at it, if you wanna melee, since casters don't get awesome weapons to melee with, pick this thing up and bash |

Remeber to leave one general inventory slot open before you receive the Red Scabbard. I've been lost that damn container cause I have no space to fit it..It simply disappear, won't drop on the ground or put on your cursor although the quest is finished and xp received.

What one of the thread-posters is referring to (+1STR/+1WIS) is the difference between the Plat Ruby Veil and this Velium Ruby Veil. The Plat Veil is 7/7 and the Velium Veil is 8/8. |

Agreed! I'm an Ogre warrior, and already have tons of str. I'm looking for a lot of agi and dex gear to help tank for my party. So if someone gets this off of this high mob and doesn't want it....sell it! =) people like me would be happy to buy it.

lvl 60's cannot get this item. this new zone has a new feature, If the creature is trivial to you then the creature will not drop and no drop items or its with magical characteristics. |

it is not 300K platinum for this sword-you can get it for under 10k plat most places. Ive seen plenty of level 20s running around with one(twinks). |
