My Warrior got one of these from an Orc Centurian (Maybe Lego) in East Commons. Have never seen that happen before, but a nice thing to have drop. I am going to use it to get Dual Wield up, and am rather bummed that it wont proc until 25.

FYI Fact. Ive had a velium long sword since about 22. I have pulled it out every level just to see when it proc'd... It was 27 for my wood elf ranger.. ) I believe the diff classes at least make the diff. I think the sword will proc at 25 for a war. just a guess. Abaove info was tediously checked |

I hate to break the bad news to you, but both the CGS and the ToV are secondary only--I had both and sold the shield when I got the testament because you can't equip both at the same time. Sucks, but then again, it could always be worse. . . ; )

There are two PH a hag and a Terror both about blue to me at 39 after u kill those its about 10 to 15 min for the ghost to spawn its a random drop i have camped him twice now first time it took me 2 hrs killed the Ghost about 4 times the 2nd time it took us about 9 hrs killing more time than i car |

5k? are you nuts?? this is an awsome item worth at least 25k...the proc is awsome and proced quite a few times while I was dueling my lvl 54 rogue friend who has one...and this isn't really meant to be a main hand weapon for rogues...off hand this is much better IMO |

At the time I took this spawn , I was lvl 27 (shadowknight) grouped with a 25 warrior and 24 cleric.
When the bandit lord popped we almost died, but didnt... these bracers are barely worth 50p unless you go over to neriak, which really isnt worth the trip.

Was in Icewell the other day and ranger hit for 364 crit with bow of the huntsman using 1 damage arrows so I think they would be able to do around 500s with this |

If you're a paladin, do the silent watch shield quest, and you can use a shield with 10 wis, 10 ac, that can go in the back slot (best place for it). Questable in, hmm, mid-thirties, I think.

This zone is a great zone for lvl's 4-16 to power level. I have Power Leveled most of my guildmates in BB. It is very easy to root a gnoll and let a low lvl beat on it with my lvl 31 clerics buffs and a druids wolf form. Needless to say i can Power Level a guy from Level 1 to Level 15 in 1 hour insi |
