This item is found in Howling Stones from the Sentient Bile. It's a very rare from it, around 1% drop. The other rare is the fingerbone hoop, and the common enshrouded veil.

Ok I read a lot of BS on this thread and very
little of substance, so since Skyshrine is
my pet dungeon, here we go - this is a rare
random drop of lev 50 ish wyverns. It can
drop off wyverns before and after the maze.
In 5 raids and maybe 8 single groups I have
seen 3 drop so its not uber rar |

Thus far, in reading the posts on this weapon and weapons in general, I have come to a few conclusions.
1. As to whether or not a specific weapon is "good" is solely dependent on personal preference. I believe this blade is better than a Lamentation. (Personal opinion)
