I got this when in group camping Trainer (got it second time we killed him). Lost it to the magic dice, but the winner just gave it to me. Not too rare if I got it after second kill (or maybe I was lucky). |

Hello All,
If I'm not mistaken, The Dam/Del ration [9/19] is the same as a Lamny. Impressive, for the price, being about 2-4k [depending on your server] less than a Lammy! A great boon to Bards, and another reason to keep Peircing maxxed! :) |

I wandered in here for the rod at about level 25. Met another chanter camping (35) camping the priest. He was having some difficulty also.
2 enchanters made it easier. We both had pets up.

At a guess, Bards need a weapon to help keep them alive during visits to the planes, as healers/casters they have a high agro rate and are usually the first to die, looks like a balancing item to me. |

Hehe... yes you could chain cast stun with another bracer. and yes right-clickable effects are slower to cast - (because they are mana-free?!?)
I believe this bracer procs at lvl 40 (helm is 45).

By far the best place to pull to is INSIDE the fort. My favorite spot is atop the hill to the right of the crack in the wall.
