Since CoM is a level 35+ zone, my guess is that it procs ar level 35. This is to keep players like that level 17 monk from getting all the benefits of being twinked (my Velium Scimitar would not proc on my druid til 25)... Just my 2CP... |

I have this sword and also a Short Sword version, I love them, Fine steel speed with the capability to damage magic only mobs. The proc message keeps popping and I can't wait till level 25 when I can use the Proc seems to go off alot. |

hi 3 days ago my brother got this weapon 3 times
from the goo and he also got the tower guard blade,
bo stick and lucky SOB got a fighting baton <sniff>
less then 2 hours!!!
note> fighting baton takes 3 hours or more!
