I found a merchant selling one of these in the North Freeport bank along with at least 5 other velium items. I'm not sure if she was trained there or if it is a rare merchant spawn. |

Warriors with over 100 stamina have no ill effects from total stamina drain.. besides not being able to jump. At the level you'd need to get this weapon 100 stamina is a joke even for a wood elf : )
