the skill isnt the only thing that raises the price.
The components are also VERY hard to get so that raises the price too..
and everytime you fail you lose the components and you gotta start it all over right?
and you are going to be really lucky if you see these for sale anywhere around soon..

I use this in my primary melee slot and Trochillic's Skean in my secondary melee slot and my ability to taunt at lvl 53 keeps mobs on me very well. I have no problem keeping the agro on me as opposed to casters or other tanks. As a matter of fact I use this wpn over some other heavier hitting wpns |

This is not just a nice newbie belt. It is nice for ANY level of tank who can't afford thousands of pp for a belt. I am still wearing one at 51 (got it at lvl 14 hehehe), the only thing I'd trade it for is an FBSS. 10 AC is invaluable. |

Rate seems to be the same, regardless of level. The ones in Eastern Wastes are only a level or two higher (on average) than the ones in Iceclad, so I doubt there's too much difference, if any, in the frequency. |

well, the ingrediants are NOT hard to get, the price however is probably a bit low, i would NOT pay more than 2k for this item, go to west wastes, tons of velium hounds out there, and yes, their fur is a common drop. the rest of the stuff can be bought in thurgadin near bank. |

yes, but would you pay 50pp for 0 AC, or 1500pp for 7 AC? Please think before you rate my posts down. |

I'd have a harder time deciding to put this or the icy in the primary hand. I have noticed a slight damage output increase after puting my icy blade in my primary hand, and the DHY in the second hand. Not a terribly signifigant increase, but one that I think is there.

I find this weapon really useful for snare, fear, haste soloing. clicking the regen affect might be a slow regen but you know how long it can be to kill a higher blue with this technque and when ur already twisting 3 songs and its a long fight, this extra bit of regen really comes in handy |

If you have the kick command and you kick something that you need to attack with a magic weapon, such as a willowisp, then you need magic boots to be able to kick it for damage. Same with Monks they need magic gloves and boots to punch and kick creatures that only take damage from magic weapons. |

After spending about 40+ hours raiding the Arena in Kael, I have only seen one of these bad boys drop. Luckily the only 2 SKs on the raid were myself and a 57 or so, so I got it. Great piece of gear for SKs.

Using a Wurmslayer in primary, and this in off hand, I can REALLY rack up on some hits... primary usually 75 to 85 per hit, and off hand usually 35 to 45 per hit.... with 157 str. Great combo for damage, and really helps a lot for taunting! Sells for 3k on Nameless Server

Though, come to think of it, I don't know how rare it is.. maybe I was just lucky... there is a whole set of burynai hide armor, and I think they only drop off of lesser icebone skeletons in Kurn's Tower, as I've never seen them drop off of any one outside the tower.

I'd have to believe that the CGS has a slight edge over the TOV because of its AC. I don't know what lvl your character is, but I have a lvl 21 druid and at that lvl 1 point of wisdom equates roughly to 4 mana points. At this level, I have no problem giving up 4 points of mana for
an AC 10 item. |

addendum to my response: in actuality you are giving up 14 pts. of mana (TOV has +10 mana also), but tradeoff is still worth it, in my opinion. |
