HBC > Velium Hound Fur Cloak
...except for monks maybe due to weight, and this is still a bit heavy there if you look at CoS and spider fur cloak.
10 STA comes out to ~50 hps (ranger, level 57).
No way in hell I'd give up 2 AC for 5 hps, 3 str and minor saves.

ive hunted in the lake from 17-29 so far and ive seen 1 of these ever, so i dont think its really a common drop, ours dropped a lego, but it really is a crap weapon unless you have nothing else. |

THIS ZONE IS SAFE compared to Lfay I have dies by 6 brounie scouts when lvling from 1-11 I came here and have dyed ONCE from gax or Jax some wierd guy the guards wouldn't kill. this zone is my favorit |

quick question... was wondering if you had to eq the staff to cast it or is it like j-boots where you can just have it in inventory...if you can cast from inventory then i would say most definatly worth the extra cast time.... just my two cents...

Ummm...Those pieces of jewelery are missing one thing that these bracers have. Actually, they are missing the most important stat for any warrior...

what does this look like? on a necro itd be great for a platemail graphic cuz the only other way to get that for a caster is some like 5 k helm or 10k helm or somethin and this is like 500pp instead which could make for some sweet lookin iksar casters. |

It seems that Tailoring has now become very useful as jewel crafting has always been. When will Blacksmithing catch up? I mean sure Blacksmithing has a few decent items for under 20 people but NOTHING a blacksmith can make comes anywhere near this cloak. N_O_T_H_I_N_G

You are correct, this is better than the SK epic - but this is only to be expected.. Epics aren't that difficult to attain now given the right groups and getting past the bottleneck mob of your particular class.

You have to give Otarius, a named Ork in the NW Corner of South Ro, 3 Derv Rings. Do this so often you can. Your faction with Temple of Ro will raise. Hope this may help.
