The question is not about mana ,HP, or AC but resist .
An item will only mana or HP is nothing at higher level ; once you reach 40 and more, any caster class uses spells which cost 200 mana each cast so who cares about even +50 |

Level 30 Wizard now and still enjoy running thru Tox Forest to get spells, sell, and bank in Erudin.
I sometimes drop by Elial Brook and drop him a level 29 nuke... Instant Kill. I give Aglithin a Nuke as well when I need a fishing pole. I have never bought a fishing pole since level 12.

I don't know if this is an old post or an incorrect post, but the ac on this item is +5 not +4. And, yes, this item is not triggered. It's constantly in effect. |

At lvl 39 I'm currently dual wielding this sword and a Icetooth's claw(Was dual wielding Yaks), I can hit double 40 easy with this combo and with the Call of Sky proc I think is better then 2 Yaks.(One double hit of 40 dam=80 dam FAST and Dual Wielding two will hit up to 160 dam in 4 hit easy with e |

my 15 Rogue just killed an Aviak Egret in SKarana and got the whip. Big surprise getting stunned by a chicken !! Going to wait till 25 till I try using it. |

The nearest zone you can be bound in is of course cabilis. Of course, you may not want to be bound there unless you're an iksar or have done a lot of faction work.
Next closest is Overthere city. You are safe if you bind just inside the outer wall by swimming around the wall. None of the evil |

IMO, I'd say a ball park figure on Tarrew Marr would be about 8K, it's a mighty fine Cloak. Especially for Damage dealers like Rogues. If it "was" only going for like 2K, I'd buy one myself. Earthcall is a DoT/Root combo. Not sure of the damage, but I know that it lasts for a minute and is not broken by DD spells. At least, that is what my intel says. Hope it helps.

apparently you have no idea what is involved in the acquisition of the paladin epic . The paladin epic is not easier than the shadow knight epic I have gone through both and the hardest part in each is the fact that both have a drop or two that are extremely rare.
