Ive been hunting in Runnyeye for about a week and Ive looted 2 of these off a pickclaw destroyer. That is a better alternative way to get it than from the lord for somebody who is in their mid-20's. The battlelord also drops BA armor a lot.

It's for one of the few druid quests in the game. You have to collect various items from around Kunark to get the Charm Plant spell. I don't know if it's worth anything to non-druids though.
