	This now drops off of the pickclaw crusader. Hes a fairly common spawn near where the knight used to be. Every time Ive seen him he has had it( or at least sword) in hand.

	The blackened alloy waistband (AC 7, wt 2.0, no stat bonuses) and the blackened alloy bracer (AC 8, wt 1.5) also drop (not listed here as of this posting). But from what I can tell there is no blackened alloy upgrade of the blackened iron eye totem, collar, or boots. As before, there is no blacken

	Ok, here's the deal. If you BUY one of these from the VENDOR in Thurgadin, it is 7/28, betterthan 6/28, and it WILL PROC AT ANY LEVEL,PERIOD. If you get the weapon as a DROP off of a mob, it is 6/28 and WILL NOT proc til lvl 25, not 24, end of discussion. IF you want one to proc at low level

	The only problem with Breath of Harmony is it is a rare drop off a rare pop in a place that you can't get to without a rogue with his pick lock maxed. Not a hard thing to come by but i'm lazy and i buy everything. Picked one up in NFP on Veeshan for 19k+Golden Bracer+Gold Chiten Bracer+Thick Banded

	this, along with Wu trance stick, GJB, and wraith bone hammer, and maybe some more, drop off all guys in CoM (except maybe some named's that drop other stuff). some are rarer than others, i've seen a Wu, a ku'juch, and 3 hammers (3 consecutive pulls =P) so far.
