well since nobody has answered the Where part, I'll do so. I have this shield, looks like the typical magical pulsing disk worn by many casters. Also Crystal Fang can be found ALL the way to the top of the dungeon. He spawns up the quite a bit and I have killed him twice with a single solid group |

We were chatting in guildsay about prices listed here, the general consensus is divide by half for the correct current selling prices. Doesn't apply to everything of course, but for the most part doing so coincides with the true going rates. At least on Terris-Thule.

These weapons have a right to be better than epics. You could get your epic in a few days of hard play time. These primal weapons would take weeks of hard play time and lots of help to get. So therefore they have a right to be better than epics.

Basically, if you are standing in the entrance to the Mino mines, facing inside the tunnels, the Hero will appear directly behind you across the valley (you can see him from the entrance itself)
I managed to get him to spawn approx every two hours by constantly kiling the Mino slavers... |

The average price is skewed by old numbers - look at the detail. These went for 500-1k when Velious first came out, now they are in the 40-100pp range (sounds like a dot.com stock doesn't it) Personally I've bought these anywhere from 30pp/pair to 50pp for one and never sold one for more than 75pp |
