	Glati dropped a "great dragon head" for us a couple of weeks ago. subsequently, we received the cloak, via questing. anybody know what determines whether or not a WW dragon drops a "greater" (ie - frostbringer) head? is it randomized luck, or level, certained named, etc? thanks for any input

	that all depends on what you or others believe. its like with shaman. they have a belief that the higher the cha, the better poison, disease, and some of their other spells have of landing. its all theory though. but even the main guide that comes with EQ says SKs need cha to help land their status

	Ok, my chanter has a strong desire to get one of these caps. So strong that I'd decided to start building up points in tailoring. Then I discovered that to do tailoring, I'd need to get those metal studs. So, I spent a couple days building up my blacksmithing skill to make studs without difficulty.
