Can someone help me out cause I got this for free from a friend and after using it for about a day realised that it didn't do anything that a cracked staff wouldn't do just not as well. And by the time you are lvl 28 when it is supposed to proc you don't even have to meelee. |

What lvl are the cougars that drop these and where can they be found? Do they also drop in the Eastern wasteland snow cougars? |

This is a common drop from frozen (or whatever they are called) dervishes in Eastern Wastes. My group even killed one that had two on it. I think these mobs are mid to high 30's.

Got two of these last night soloing Ulthorks to see what they drop. Got gloves and bracer off a hunter, and another bracer off a warrior. Seem to be very common, I killed about 5. These Ulthorks also drop the Walrus Tooth 6/22. |

this is also dropped by shadow guardians, but seems to be a rare drop for them. only got 1 for about 20 killed. |

these dropped for me off the blacksmith area..a named guy forget the name something the black
dunno if they drop off chief but they drop off this guy FOR SURE

I finally killed Lord Elgnub. Took me a week of camping him of around 4 hours a day. Killed about 10 High Shamans in the High Shaman room and the last one was the one that triggered Elgnub. I decided to let him cast his spells instead of killing him right away, so he stood there happily buffing hims |

These sell great there are NO cheap alternatives to these boots (withered leather, eboots, etc), both of which are lower AC than the studded vale! I hunted just before the last patch and got two in less than 5 hours. After this last patch I went back because I gave my pair to a good friend and I hunted them for 8 hours and saw nothing bu t pelts. So I would not get your hopes up this may be another bait and switch deal where Verant messed up |

I took off my Donal's for these gauntlets....let's see....I had to sacrifice 1 AC and Effect: Armor of Faith and gained a 2.5 lb weight reduction, +4 Str and +3 Wis. It took me about 3 seconds to agonize over this decision! Anyone wanna buy some overpriced dark gray gloves? |
