This is a great ring because of a few reasons:
1) The Dervs still give me a nice amount of XP
2) Dex is always welcome, it is used to hit things and to continue your casting
3) If you talk to Guard Valon at wc, he gives you a quest where you have to fill his backpack with them which gives you XP, |

The next higher step up on shields after this all of the sudden get expensive. I was in EC when I caught someone sellin this. Got it and the Shiny Brass Shield both for 60pp. I really like the AC it adds to you, I care less for the 10VSPOI stat as I already have Cure Poison spell being a Paladin. |

Not necessarily. My skill is at 200, and I managed to make this on the first try, and legs on the 2nd. I did fail twice on the cloak, though (really wanted that, and dont want to spend 1500 on a Molten cloak...) |

Uhh... Why would Verant put a item with 40%+ haste in Sirens? Sirens is not that hard of a zone, 2 groups can take down about anything. So I don't think the haste is over 30%. If you want a good haste item, you need to go to ToV. |
