	As a non-twinked 30th level Barbarian Warrior, I don't know a thing about this hypothetical "damage bonus" people talk about. I've used the Drakkel Forged Bastard Sword since level 24 or so (Del45/Dam20) and I consistently hit for MUCH more damage with the BABS. My damage is much higher on average

	Starts to proc at 45, not at 46. The spell does 340 damage in 60 seconds. Downside is the relatively longer casting time, but is quite worth it considering it'sa free 141 mana.

	hehe this would be a good offhand weapon for ANY class that could use it, and some classes or level ranges may even think of it as a good primary hand weapon.
