	I use one of these with my 33 chanter on Luclin when I hunt mammoths for tusks. Great for fear kiting 8^). My 1hb is 100 btw so it sometimes will proc 4 or 5 times in a fight. Thats an extra 200 or more dmg to a mob if you include the melee dmg. Would'nt you like to have 200 hp dmg to a mob free

	ive gotten it once. though i think you are lucky hunting just oracles for a few hours only got one. /shrug i didnt know it was on back slot though. i thought it was chest so i sold it :( oh well ill be here for about 8 more levels or so, ill get one

	I just got one of these today. traded my nathsar greatsword it and boy is it good. its good damage and good delay. havent gotten it to proc yet though. Id say its only downside is its weight. 15wt to me is very heavy. but over all its a good wep

	Yes, its very simple, just kill lots and lots of Orcs in CB, or lots of golins in BB, or lots and lots of Aviaks, and that will raise a lot of faydwer factions, but not any Neriak as far as i know Khallim Bloodhelm a Dwarf,(duh)

	I'm yet to see any "Poison Vials" in FV, however I have bought them in the Windmill of Lake of Ill Omen (from Nubbs Blackgranite while my Ranger was working on exp from level 14-19), and in the "Secret Tunnel" entrance in Wfp (from Toxdil a DE vendor who refuses to sell to any non-evil race). 1.9pp

	only one problem with your theory IBC is EXTREMELY rare drop and on most servers average is 5kpp IBC is 8k on Tribunal.. so it depends IBC = many classes KDs = 1 class
