actually Invigor regens the sta, but invigorate is a 100hp heal with sta regen, its very nice, its all most of the trakanon breastplates I think. I know its on the singing steel breastplate but I haven't taken the time to look into the rest. |

Actually, I would keep this in primary. The hastes still work in the offhand, but this has to proc. Putting it in primary gives it a better chance of achieveing this. Just think of this with any type of haste item, say a FBSS 21% haste, that makes this a 44/47 roughly, already that makes it the best weapon in the game, dmg/dly ratio wise.
