Yes you can use these as a monk from level 1+. The same goes for all wu's armor. I'm not sure why someone put level 16 to attain this. |

This zone is great exp. I got a blue bubble into 59 in 2.5 hours killing kobolds at the tents. The spiders are often over camped and is much like pre-kunark days in sol b where you have 20 pullers pulling and as soon as something spawns 5 people are trying to pull it to their groups.

Well 10 SvC in a neck slot item is rather rare to find. I'm not selling mine any time soon.
