Why don't you come back here and say that again after you've reached 52/53 and start raiding. Or when you try to get into a better guild, but they have a minimum requirement of entry of 100s in all resists, because the mobs they fight really do require it. =)

Another point to make here is that once you hit 200 intl, you need mana objects. So once you hit 200 intl, you still gain the benefit of the 30 mana (where as you would lose any mana gained from additional INTL).
Most probably the selling point is the 'Graphic'.

Think of it this way..in farm areas (qeynos will be the farm) the ground is black (hence black stone) and in VL its red, kinda like texas..red dirt..hence why this one is red...u get it? |

If you can get into a group in Karnor's Castle, which I've seen done as low as 39, it's obtainable. Just that in any given group, there'll be at least one other person that more than likely wants one as well, so keep that in mind. |

another sweet combo for rangers below lvl 45 is the Glowing Black Sword and the DH yak. the 20dex helps the yak in the off hand and the ratio is good. just watch out after 45 when the sword procs ^_^ i used this combo myself and found the damage better than the Wurmslayer/DH combo and much less drai |
