	I in fact have noticed the Weakness line of spells WORK on NPC's it lowers their Dmg they do from what i have seen...Experemented in DL trust me it works if ya dont belive fine your entitled to your Opinion best of luck to you all.

	I quested the full suit for a twink shadowknight. i did it with my 44 ranger it was easy. Hardest part was the helm because i got the visor and coulnt get the decaying helm to drop.so i had to pay 1k to loot it

	Drakkel Icereaver Almost identical d/d ratio but with a nice little 30dd effect that goes of like crazy and procs beginning at 30. A little harder to get maybe, but not much. Oh yeah, and it's heavier, but thats what invigor is for :D
