	Of the very few items that Magicians can equip, this is the only one that is worth getting for my level in this zone and its broken. Why cant they get it right the first time. Its always like this for mages.

	For a rogue, there are better weapons out there. For an Int caster, the damage/delay ratio means nothing when compared to the 5 Int. Given the rarity of the item, and where it comes from, 400 pp isn't too bad. A 5 Int ring will cost about that much, if not more depending on the seller. Sunil G

	BTW an example of this is a trip to london I made with a corse I was enrolled on last year. The entire trip cost £75. The hotel showed that it's cheapest standard price was £60 per person per night. The £75 included travel by coach and breakfast and we stayed for 2 nights.
