	I've seen them behind the Hallard's Resales that's behind the Leather and Hide. I doubt that they despawn, I think they're always there.

	I don't understand how a rogue can wear something like that and a druid can't? ya know.. cause the way i picture a rogue is some one in like dark loose clothing, maybe some leather armor... and they get to equip stuff like that?

	Hmm . . Alot of valid points here . . lets just sum them all up. Druid from 50 to 55 CAN kite VERY effectivly in Burning woods, same as shaman, wizards, and many other casting classes. I've even seen clerics Kiting there. Druids from 55 to about 58 can and still DO kite in skyfire, all be it not as

	75pp is not the correct price for these. They are a rare drop item. The going price for a pair is between 600pp-800pp. These pants are perfect for a Wizard or similar type looking for more AC, and the have SV fire.

	I just got this for my bard hes 23 and it procs. I was told by a good Friend that it procs at level 1. She uses her shadowknight with it and hes level 3.

	Most of the Champions gear is better than cobalt being that it is either the same ac or 1 less ac accept the bp and legs. All the champions armor is better than cobalt besides the Bp and Legs
