The agility stat addons and AC on the bp actually make up for the loss of raw AC from Cobalt.
You may loose like 10 AC at most in the difference, if even that.
It basically comes down to if you want Spells and insane strength from all the cobalt buffs, or if you want stats to everything from the b |

these bards are for a quest in halas.
return their diary pages to a lady in
the bar and you get book of baking receipes.
do it again and you get book with other receipes.
nothing to do with guy in SK...

This is by far one of the best weapons I have seen from Velious yet. VERY EXCELLENT. I bet this would go for like 30k +. I would sure pay that much for it.

If you can't find enough stuff to fight in the Field of Bone due to overcamping, try the spot just northwest of the Cabilis entrance. There are a number of Goblin Scout/Watcher spawns, some regular skeletons, and the occasional yellow Skulking Runtling (that the guards won't attack unfortunately).

The sword procs at level 25. How do I know? I saw the message at level 24, dinged 25 last night and lo and behold, it procs! Whee. Also you don't have to have velious to get it to proc... I don't have it and it works fine and dandy for me. |

Weight is only 0.1 more than BIM, and for that you get 7 AC. A very good tradeoff. With three RCTs dropping in Kael in about 4 hours I was surprised to see that no sites hadn't added this item, somewhat common as it is. A nice bonus while working on Dragon faction.

1) It has to be created by a High Elf blacksmith, preferably a worshipper of Tunare. It also requires the help of a Cleric or Druid of Tunare... so a High Elf Cleric of Tunare would be your best bet to buy from.
2) The smithing of the item itself is harder than Fine Plate... skill over |

Let's be honest here... According to Verant, and a number of Enchanters, Velium jewelry is exactly the same difficulty as Platinum.
Difference? Plat bar: 105pp, Velium bar: 252pp.

Alright... yes, these have the same look at Tizmak... yes the sleeves are pretty rare. The hood is pretty nice, AC 8, +3 str, -3 sta. 0.6 weight. A good item for Monks, I believe.
The leggings and Tunic only drop from the Ulthork Man-o-Wars... SouthWestern section of the zone, near Kael.
