I say bring it the fuck on. The Viet-Nam war didn't start because the Viet-Cong blew up an American city. If it had, Viet-Nam would still be a smoking crater with the words "Don't tread on me" spelled out in lots of smaller craters. You could probably see it from space. Don't try to rationalize what |

Lightstones and greater lightstones are not needed for this quest. The concordance tome can be purchased from gypsies - NK, oasis and probly others. Also the rune books (if you really really need them) are for sale too. The only lightstones you need are the burned out ones for the "journeyman" level |

I want you to think about one thing. You camplain about not having the ac, but you are missing the bigger picture. this combined with the boots = manaless fear kiting. I would trade a little ac for the chance to kite a mob, without using mana, and not get hit. Just something to think about. |

I am not sure, but I belive the cast on these is uninteruptable as long as you dont move. so the mob can beat all it wants, and it will still go off. I would say that makes up for the 1.5 times cast time.

Here's my take on things:
These disciplines do not make player characters invulnerable, they simply guarantee your successfull skill check for riposte, dodge, parry, etc. For example, a necromancer using Harmshield is invulnerable. If you cast a direct damage spell on them, they will not take d |

This is one of the best shields for high lvl druids. Once you get around 200 wisdom this shield is a definite must have. There are only a few shields better. This shield is also very important for raids or when fighting casters. You will realize just how important your resists are when you have a |

It is times like this when everything seems darkest. When all we have known, all we hold dear, has been scattered by the wind. How can we go on? How can we survive? Why did this have to happen? These questions, and countless others echo through my mind.

You look at the stats, and you figure, oh thats for melee classes. Do you even notice why some high level druids equip this shield? Its mainly for the fact that the saves help a whole much. I can honestly say I'd prefer to have high resists (and the extra AC does help) over 200 WIS anyday. And b |

I can somewhat agree with your point but there are 2 things I have a problem with.
1) "War" in the traditional sense as "2 or more nations fighting with armies" isn't going to happen much in our life time.
2) "War" in the "against drugs" or "against terrorism" is futile for a full army to try |

As a Paladin who doesn't really build up a lot of skill with the bow (max. 75), and so dealing high damage is not really an issue, this makes an excellent ranged weapon. I have found nothing that is so perfect at long distance pulling, for so cheap. They don't cost much to make, so they don't cost |

Here is the trick. The posts about experienced players is key. You need a good leader and set tactics before you fight. You need a full group and as many healers as you can get. One of the best experiences I had was two tanks and four clerics! You need to be 17th or so minimum to survive this p |

You should get some bronze to get you started. Bronze is heavy, but with the good str of a barbarian, it should be ok. Go for medium, as it is lighter than large.
Head to SolB, preferbly during peak times, and try to ask nicely if anyone can sell you some medium bronze. There is plenty dropping t |
